45 mins

heck, i am bored at work again and still have a good 45 mins to go before i can leave for home and v. day. 45 mins is a lot of time and the other day i had foot massage for 45 mins. it was my first ever foot massage and i was so nervous. i was thinking about it the whole day and scared it would be super painful and that i couldn't walk afterwards. in the beginning someone brought in a bucket of hot herb-water and told me to put my feet in and then he went out. i thought it was nice way to relax my feet. but just as i put my feet in, i have to pull them out within 0.5 secs. the water was boiling hot and my feet were all red and in pain. darn, i was already in pain nevermind having a foot massage. the dude expected me to do that for 15 mins. heck, that's impossible. i wondered if he want to boil my feet to the point that i have no more feelings to them and when he massages my feet i could feel less painful......
however, after 15mins the guy, later i found his name was jimmy, came back in and i told him the water was too hot and he poured some cold water for me. so he's not trying to boil my feet... 5mins later he started w/ my left foot and began pressing it hard to the point where i feel kinda numb. it was not as painful as i thought it would be, in fact, it was quite relaxing. and that's why so many people does this regularly.
the guy said i was weak in my heart (the area under my pinky toe), waist (my ankle), and forehead (my toe). this is probably due to lack of good rest and exercise. he was quite correct. and the reason my heart is weak is because of macdonald's i think. haha...
it was a good experience for me and luckily i didn't try the body massage. some dude tried it and it was a painful experience nonetheless; holding onto tears and screaming for 45mins.
basically massage is to exercise our body parts making our blood to circulate smoother. i think i should do a mind massage soon... so that physically and mentally are refreshed...
