i can't find it!

the other day, (fyi, in this blog, "the other day" could mean some time yesterday to some time like three months ago), i went over to karen's house to have dinner. it was a cold night, as for this winter every night was really cold. when i got into the house i was holding onto my gloves and keys. i don't want to just throw them onto the table or whereever so i figure i should just put them in a save place where it is easy for me to remember when i needed to retrieve them.
the dinner was great. she can cook well and the food was good especially the cream of broccoli soup. but anyways, i don't want to talk too much about her food. she left the house after dinner. i stayed for a while catching some of the latest hk tv soap. when i finished, i decided to go home and so i put on my jacket. As i was about to get myself ready, i couldn't find my gloves and keys in the jacket. i looked all over the house; however, it's not an easy task since her house and most notably her room is quite messy. after 15 mins later i still couldn't find them and so i called karen and see if she took it or somehow i left it to her. she said she don't have it but i called her again and asked her to check one more time. Nobody has them. Nobody can find them. But everyone knows it should be in the house. I was kinda frustrated. I took off my jacket and throw it onto the sofa. some noise. oh my gosh, i said in my mind. stupid~~ found them. all along i was carrying them on my back while searching all over the house. i put them in the hood of my jacket. smart move. at first i figured it's the best place to put in since i will wear my jacket when i leave and i don't have to look for them. it turns out i have to look even longer than puting them on the table.

there are always times when you thought of something smart but it turns out to be a stupid move. say when you go shopping during vacation, there are so many things to see and things you want to buy. sometimes you'll say... hmm... i'll look around a little bit more and come back and get this later. but how often will you remember to come back...
there are also times when you would keep calling a person and thought she took your stuff but it turned out you had it with you all along. like when we pray for this and that to God, ask him for this and that, a job, good marks, bf/gf, money, etc. etc. etc. but in fact, all you have to do is to stop, clam down, turn around, and you will find that God has given us a lot already. a house to live, a car to ride, family, school, food, so much... but we like to keep calling and calling. having and knowing a God to pray to is already better off and blessed than many many people around the world.

ok, stop laughing my no. 1 fan, i know you are saying "looooser" again.... hahahahaha =Þ

Oh~~ i need a title?

after thinking for a day about what to write on my first blog here i still don't know what to write. so then i concluded i would rather read other's blog instead. or another idea would be copying stuff from other's blog and put them in my blog. it would be quite funny. for example, today my blog is about i am getting married with my fiance but then the next day it's about going back to highschool after christmas. Or something like winning the lottery today and then the next day i share my first hand experience helping out kids in sri lanka. all my readers will be confused. LOL but then i don't think i'll have any reader for my blog. =(

yesterday as i was working on an exciting job, shuffling snow @_@, and at the same time thinking about what to write in my blog, the scene on dec. 28th where my family shuffled snow together after coming back from orlando at around 11pm came back to me. it wasn't anything that i feel special about or anything that should be memorable or cherish for, afterall it's snow shuffling, i realize my mom's favorite spot is the stairs in front of the main door of the house. She always enjoys cleaning up that spot where the front door and the stairs are. To this day i still don't understand why she does that. She said if not shuffle the snow, it will be very slippery and people can injured themselves when they walk over it. But the fact is, who in this world would want to come over to our place when the weather condition is so poor and when it's all icy and stuff. we never walk over to the front door. we always get in from the garage. who will slip? the only person that i can think of is the flyer person. but those dudes never come to the front door to drop down the flyers; they throw the flyers to our front door.

well, i can never understand why but i guess every one of us have a little bit of some kind of preferred habit of doing things that others may never understand. so what is your weird habit? give me some time to think of mine. i don't want to continue to think of stuff on this blog as i have taken enough time to think and write on this one. i started this one on the 7th but today is the 14th. wahahahahaha... i guess i'm quite busy at work thus i have no time to write on this la.
